About the Broker
Stuart Hopper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Air Transportation Management
and a Minor in Criminal Justice. He is a trained Commercial Pilot with the three
certified flight instruction levels and has taught many students who are now working
for major airlines. He has over 10 years of experience working in law enforcement,
both in the state of Florida and the state of Connecticut. He is not new at real
estate. He bought his first home with his mom's business employer as a partner at
age 18. He later moved to Florida and bought his third home with creative financing
by buying on credit cards where he had zero percent interest and even gained enough
points for a free flight with the cards' point programs, which he so loves. Along
the way he still has creative legal financing ideas and partners he has met. He
loves people and loves being able to help them and share his experiences of both
good and bad to help them make their purchase a rewarding one.
Stu was born in England and moved to Connecticut at the age of 2. Later he moved
to Florida at the age of 25, where he began investing and seeing the need for a
skilled realtor. He earned his real estate sales license in 1994.
In 2012 Stu decided to open his own brokerage to better serve clients, many other
agents that have been around a while know Stu's good name personally as they have
closed deals with him or his assistants and would like to one day and he hopes that
many will soon know his brokerage name and is expecting to have it to go international.
He is continually taking classes, feels education is important. He plans on teaching
real estate in the near future and re-activating his licenses to teach flying also
as he holds his commercial multi engine pilot licenses but stopped teaching flying
some time ago.
Stu's reputation is professional, honest and reliable hard working and to get you
top dollar quickly with the highest amount of ethics in the field and for this reason
has a tremendous amount of word of mouth referrals . .
When Stu lists listings other cooperating agents see them and know they will close
without issue and often recommend working with him for their side of the sale to
their clients.

buyers ...........agents with listings know the deal will close as so if offered
slightly lower than asking price from Stu's buyers vs a higher offer with an unknown
agent they often recommend Stu's deal as THEY KNOW IT WILL CLOSE.
